• Order data: items ordered, variants, totals, payment method.
• Technical: IP address, device type, pages viewed (analytics only).

2. Why we collect it

Only to process, pack, ship and support your orders, and to improve the store experience. We do not sell your data.

3. Who we share with

• Couriers (KBZ Express, Royal Express, Sein Shwe War) — to deliver your parcel.
• Payment providers (KBZPay, Wave, AYAPay, CB Pay, banks) — to process payment.
• Analytics (anonymised usage) — to improve the site.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies (language, session) and aggregate analytics. No third-party advertising cookies.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing caleb.s.hart@gmail.com.

6. Terms of sale

• Prices are shown in MMK and may change without notice.
• Orders are subject to stock availability; we notify you of any out-of-stock items before shipping.
• Refunds and exchanges follow the Returns & Exchange policy.
• We are not liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure (weather, transport disruption).

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
